What is Family Movie Fridays?
Family Movie Fridays is a community family movie night combined with a Twitter Party.
Join families all across the country as we all watch the same movie at the same time. During the movie, hop on to Twitter for fun movie discussions. Using the #FamilyMovieFridays hashtag, we can all share our insights, favorite scenes and other movie thoughts.
Family Movie Fridays is held at 7pm EST on the third Friday of every month. Follow co-hosts Minivan Adventures and Movies That Move Us to find out what each month’s movie selection will be.
How to Participate
- Obtain a copy of the movie.
- Follow your co-hosts Minivan Adventures and Movies that Move Us on Twitter.
- Start playing the movie at 7pm EST on the assigned day.
- Join our Twitter party by opening your Twitter app and following the #FamilyMovieFridays hashtag.
- Enjoy the movie and Twitter conversation!
What if I don’t know what to say at the Twitter party?
Not sure what to say at the Twitter party? No worries! Just click on the hashtag and reply to other people’s comments. Also, the Family Movie Fridays hosts will share a few questions along the way to help keep the party going.
